Project Management
Our program management teams are led by dedicated Program Managers
who work closely with personnel from all departments. We create dedicated
cross-functional teams, made up of representatives from engineering,
manufacturing, quality, materials management, sales and marketing and
distribution. This group stays with a project from concept design to
distribution, becoming an extension of our customer's own staff.
JPML's philosophy of program management is to get to know our customers
well, their objectives, priorities and delivery needs. Then, apply the
full resources of the company to each project, to meet or exceed customer
goals every time. Our dedicated group of Program Managers lead a project
from product concept through end of life, providing customers with support,
problem solving and leadership at every phase of a project.
Material Management
JPML's material management team can be summed up in one word, responsive.
From value analysis to overseas sourcing, managing materials is where
we excel. JPML collaborates closely with the customer, purchasing material
according to the customer contract throughout the complete product lifecycle.
Our high volume purchasing levels and years of purchasing experience
means that our customers will benefit from incredible buying power giving
them advantages of economies of scale. JPML uses supply chain management
to additionally reduce total landed product costs.
Being a global manufacturing partner, means we can leverage our factory
presence in China and Mexico for our customer's benefit. Worldwide sourcing
provides the lowest total cost for our customers without sacrificing
quality. Rigorous vendor qualification programs ensure we procure only
quality components.
Our Electronic Data Interface practices give our customers a quick and
flawless way of communication. JPML's global supply chain is built on

Printed Circuit Board Assembly
JPML provides our customers with cost-effective printed circuit board
assembly design and assembly services. We specialize in accommodating
our customers' requirements for volume, mix, and complexity. We are
continually successful in meeting our customers time to market schedules
while minimizing manufacturing costs in order to meet budget requirements.
We excel in a variety of volume requirements from low-volume complex,
custom products to high-volume standard products. Our lead times can
be as short as one week for standard products.
JPML performs PCBA project management, design, documentation and artwork
generation by using the latest software technologies to produce the
highest quality products. Our Project Managers and Engineers are experts
in CAD Star, Allegro, PADS, Mentor and CCT for PCBA layout.

which focus on manufacturability, reducing cost and lead time.

for low volume products, to the highest-grade steel tools for large

Our in-house plastic tool design and build capabilities are unique
in that we will provide complete turnkey tooling procurement and design
from our headquarters, while the tool is built in the geographic location
that best matches the tool to the abilities in that region. Focused

tools are designed and built in our United States headquarters, while
simple, less difficult tools are built in lower cost global regions,
all supported by our local tooling engineers.

Electro-Mechanical Engineering:
Our mechanical engineers are the best in the industry. We have years
of experience in the design and production of complex assemblies. We
design by using the latest in computer aided design, with multiple seats
of ProE, and expertise in 3 dimensional data base and solid models.
Electrical Engineering:
We have nearly 20 years experience in electronic design and manufacturing
of close-tolerance, automated screen printing on flex circuit electronic
materials. Our electrical engineers provide printed circuit board design
utilizing the latest electronic assembly technologies such as, chip
on board and ball-grid array, as well as standard assembly techniques.
Tool Engineering:
Our in-house plastic tool design and build capabilities are unique in
that we provide complete turnkey service for tooling procurement all
from our Spokane, WA headquarters. Focusing on finding the lowest total
cost for our customers means we build the tool in the geographic locations
that match the tool to the abilities in that region. Difficult, complex
and lead-time challenged tools are designed and built in Spokane. Simple,
less difficult tools are built in lower cost global regions.
Prototyping Engineering:
In order to meet our customer's aggressive time to market requirements,
we staff experienced model-makers from our in-house modeling facility
utilizing; SLA, CNC Mill, lathe, paint shop and copper-clad PCB Mill.
Manufacturing Engineering:
Our manufacturing engineers support the production activities by taking
full responsibility for; Line layout, fixture design, picture specifications
and process control plans. We support your product throughout the product
life cycle focusing on continuous improvement.
